Who We Are

ACEtech Engineering and Construction Services Inc. (ACEtech Inc.),(Company No.2016/C008) and duly incorporated in Saint Lucia under the Companies Act of Saint Lucia by St. Lucian born director in 2016. ACEtech Inc. specializes in design and construction of single and multi-family residential buildings, commercial, industrial warehouse buildings and concrete roads and infrastructure.

Our Capabilities

Since we began in 2016 we have successfully completed several residential design and build projects, to include a timber frame multi-family residence and a four unit residential apartment building. We have also completed a number of commercial projects as well, to include a four (4) storey commercial building specifically designed to house a financial institution (Laborie Co-operative Credit Union) on the ground floor with offices on the other floors. This also is a design-build project that showcases many a variety of new and modern innovations. Apart from the above mentioned, our team has been involved in a number of renovation and remodelling project including Invest Saint Lucia Vieux-Fort Offices, Sugar Beach Resorts Villas and Goddard Catering Group kitchen. We have also been involved in the construction of luxury residences, something we have a wealth of experience in. In the past year we have also explored the construction of buildings using innovative products and environmentally friendly materials and processes, resulting in the successful completion of a Light Gauge Steel Frame luxury villa.

ACEtech promotes a team environment and encourages input from all levels of staff and employees. This approach results in a dedicated and hardworking workforce that will pitch in to see a project completed successfully and on time. The lengthy tenure of many key employees is not only a tribute to the company, but benefits the project owner when a seasoned team is building their project.
