Architectural Design & Engineering Drawing
You have the option to either submit your own plans or utilize our architects to assist you in shaping your vision. Once the architectural plans are approved, our engineers will proceed with designing the structural steel plans and foundation plans accordingly.
PHASE THREE
Client Choices
Collaboratively, we guide you in selecting materials from our wide range of options. Our skilled designer is dedicated to enhancing the visual appeal of your building. Should you desire a specific color or design that is not included in our non-exclusive list of materials, simply inform us, and we will leverage our global supply chain to transform your vision into a reality.
PHASE FOUR
Production & Procurement
To guarantee precise production and uphold superior quality control standards, we work with a state-of-the-art processing center and modern production workshop. These advanced facilities allow us to fabricate all light gauge steel framing in-house, resulting in significant time and cost savings for you. From the very beginning, we take care of sourcing all the necessary materials and ensure their timely delivery to your project site. Say goodbye to delays caused by waiting for materials, as we enable you to seamlessly progress to the next phase of your development.
PHASE FIVE
Construction
During the construction phase of a steel frame home, the process begins with site preparation, including excavation and foundation work. Once the foundation is in place, the pre-engineered steel components are delivered and assembled, forming the skeletal structure of the home. With the frame assembled, the installation of other building systems, such as electrical, plumbing, and insulation, takes place. Exterior and interior finishes are then added, including walls, roofing, flooring, and fixtures. The construction phase concludes with thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
